N2Collection, a fashion retailer, required a comprehensive eCommerce website and mobile application to handle their growing customer base and streamline order management. My role involved developing and launching an optimized platform for both web and mobile, ensuring that the user experience was seamless across all devices.

For the web application, I designed and implemented a performance-optimized, SEO-friendly site with a simple, intuitive interface that made product browsing and order placement effortless. I also ensured that the site was responsive, allowing customers to shop smoothly from any device. The backend of the system was powered by a headless CMS, which allowed the company to efficiently manage product listings, inventory, and orders.

I also developed a mobile application using React Native, which was deployed for both Android and iOS. The app allowed customers to place orders, track deliveries, and handle custom clothing requests. This significantly improved the order processing flow and reduced the time needed for fulfilling customer requests, resulting in a 40% increase in productivity for the business.

In addition to these core features, I integrated real-time order tracking and state persistence for user shopping carts, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted experience for customers. By working closely with the N2Collection team, I delivered a solution that enhanced both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
